Reach Advisors is a strategy and research firm focused serving community-driven enterprises, including a number of America's largest and most innovative museum organizations. This blog is our primary vehicle for sharing some of our museum audience research more broadly, and to provide a forum for professionals across the museum field to share their insights and observations relevant to the future of museums.

James Chung, President of Reach Advisors, works with a wide variety of clients that seek strategic insight to better their organizations and their communities. James earned his AB and MBA degrees from Harvard, and he enjoys family time with his two young children, who stretch and grow in museums.
Sally Johnstone, Senior Consultant, works with a variety of economic development, tourism, and community building clients at Reach Advisors. Sally earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts. She is also an amateur classical musician and enjoys taking her son, Dalton, to children's and science museums.
Susie Wilkening, Senior Consultant and Curator of Museum Audiences, works primarily with museum clients at Reach Advisors. She is also the editor of the Museum Audience Insight blog and the primary contributor. She has earned an MA from the Winterthur Program in Early American Culture at the University of Delaware, and enjoys taking her husband, and dogs (when allowed!), to museums.
